Speaker Proposal

Thank you for your interest in speaking at the 26th Annual Mid-C Seminar – Virtual format. All proposals from potential speakers will be reviewed from now to April 30th, 2023. Please note that all sessions are peer-reviewed by the Program Planning Committee. Sessions are selected to fit with the 2023 annual theme of the conference and the content streams that will be presented.

Successful presenters will be notified by mid-May 2023. Any changes to speakers after acceptance of a presentation for the conference must be agreed in writing with the conference content manager.

The number of registration places per session will be strictly limited to:

Sessions lasting 30 minutes for one presenter
Sessions lasting over 45 minutes –maximum of two free presenter places
