Registration
Registration is confirmed upon payment. Fees must be paid in full prior to attendance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations received on or before June 15, 2026 will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations after that date are non-refundable.
Registrations may be transferred within the same organization with written notice.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in optional activities, including golf and winery events, involves inherent risks including injury, accidents, alcohol-related risks, and transportation risks. Attendees voluntarily assume these risks.
Alcohol Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for their own consumption and compliance with applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
Khnetic Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, lost items, travel losses, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the registration fee paid.
Photography
Attendance grants permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless written notice is provided in advance of the event.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending the Mid-C Seminar or related activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
